Isn't it obvious? Even taking into consideration that Elysium was full of PGS patients... It's simply impossible for that many GUILT cases to suddenly pop up with no warning whatsoever.

What worries me more, though, is that new GUILT we found inside that Mexican kid. There's no way that was a "natural" mutation.
